Welcome — I’m Pastor Bill Hall, and I’m grateful you’re here.

My story isn’t polished, and it isn’t pretty. But it is redeemed. I grew up in a world marked by abuse, fear, and the loss of identity. For many years, I carried wounds that shaped the way I saw myself and the world around me. Those early experiences led me into the military, where the cycle of violence continued, and eventually into incarceration, addiction, and decades of searching for love in all the wrong places.

But even in the darkest places, God never stopped seeing me.

Before ministry, I spent much of my younger life working as a Radio and Television Broadcaster, a public speaker, and an audio/visual producer. I didn’t know it then, but God was already shaping the gifts I would one day use to share His Word — teaching me how to communicate, how to reach people, and how to tell a story with honesty and heart.

For 23 years, drugs held me captive. For 38 years, alcohol drowned me. I wandered through life trying to fill a void that nothing on earth could satisfy. And then, at the age of 68, everything changed. Christ met me in the middle of my brokenness, and when I surrendered my life to Him, the chains that had held me for decades finally shattered. I became a new creation — not because I earned it, but because God is rich in mercy.

As I stepped into this new life, God also led me into deeper study. I completed a Ministry Certification through Liberty University and earned a Diploma in Ministry from Christian Leaders Institute. These studies helped anchor my calling and gave me the tools to serve with both compassion and biblical conviction.

Today, I serve as the founding pastor of the Church of Christ’s Redemption — a place for the hurting, the searching, the overlooked, and the ones who feel “too far gone.” I preach with transparency because I’ve lived the darkness. I offer hope because I’ve met the One who restores. And I welcome every person who walks through our doors because I know what it feels like to be told you don’t belong.
